Fully equipped kitchen with new fridge, stove, microwave, disposal, and dishwasher. Country club access allows use of pool, golf course and tennis courts at minimum fee. Golf course user fee is $20 for 3 days and $15 per day green fee, with unlimited golf per day. Story Land is directly across from condos and within walking distance.
