Sunrise Beach House Summary
This 3100+ square foot 5 B/R, 5 bath home sits on 2 1/2 acres w/128 feet of lake front.
Upstairs, a remodeled kitchen is adjacent to a large dining room with a table that can accommodate 10-12 people comfortably. 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, 3 bathrooms and a wood burning stove, are all on this level.
The downstairs features 2 bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and a private bath. The 5th bedroom is setup to sleep 6. It has 2 sets of bunk beds (twins on top, full futons on bottom). Also, located downstairs, is the very spacious game room with easy access from the lake. The game room is complete with stand up arcade game, pool table (ping pong conversion) darts, fire place, queen futon, entertainment center and sit down bar. Bar is complete with sink and refrigerator. Another full bath is located off the game room and it also has easy access from the lake.
A gazebo, firepit & hot tub are situated on the seawall for sunning, fishing or simply enjoying the beautiful sunsets
