Scarborough Beach Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 750-1000 weekly during summer, $900.00 plus utilities during the academic year
- Summer Renters
-50 percent deposit and signed rental agreement required to secure property for week rentals.
-Balance plus refundable deposit and/or rental insurance premium due 2 weeks prior to move in date.
-Credit card payments can be taken via homeaway but we understand that renters may feel more secure sending a check or money order . Either way is fine with us.
-A rental agreement will be mailed to you upon receipt of your deposit.. - Winter Renters
-Academic year rentals are subject to approved application, parental co-signature, and deposit of one months rent..
-Payment is by semester, with the first payment due 9-5-2012, and second payment due 1-1-2013.
-Rent includes rubbish and water only. Utilities are extra and are the responsibility of the tenant.
