- Nightly rates $155 - $170 summer, 3 night minimum; Higher rates and 4 night minimum - July 4 Holiday
- Off season rates (Sept-May) $125-$140, 3 night min., excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holidays and spring break weeks in March.
- $75 clean fee on; *plus local tax at 9.7%
