Reservation Details:: Refundable security deposit of $150.00 required. Reservation Deposit: 1/3 of the total rental fee due at time of reservation. Total rent including security deposit due 3 weeks before check-in date by check or money order. Rental Contract can be emailed to renter.
Before Check-In:: Renter will receive welcome letter listing all details of property, directions and what to bring.
Other Activities: boating, fishing, jet-skiing, amusement rides. Casinos approximately 45 minutes away
