Breckenridge House Details
There is a great room with wood burning fireplace, a family room and a bonus room with a pool table table. The fully equipped kitchen is large and open to the dining room and great room for optimal socializing with the cook. The backyard has a picnic table and children's jungle gym, swing set. There is a private hot tub . The deck has new natural gas grill and deck furniture. The utility room has a large capacity washer and dryer and storage. A ski and boot storage room with boot and glove dryers for 16 has a separate outside entrance. The house has two 75 gallon water heaters so you'll have plenty of hot water for everyone in your group. The well equipped kitchen has two ovens, a 5 burner stove top, microwave, dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator, 3 coffee makers, espresso maker, toaster, toaster oven, rice maker, good knives, large crock pot. Breckenridge puts you in the middle of world-class skiing and golfing, so whatever the season there is always a reason for Breckenridge.
Breckenridge is a great vacation spot year-round. From it's world championship golf courses- 6 courses within the county to the 4 ski areas within the county-Breckenridge offers it all. Rafting, hiking, biking, and fishing are in all directions. The Breckenridge Recreation Center offers a great indoor experience with rock climbing, swimming, tennis, racquet ball, free weights and great kids programs. Shopping in Breckenridge is always a great experience from Crocs to Jewelry Breckenridge Main Street. You can dine around the globe in Breckenridge from Thailand to Japan to Italy whatever your tastes you'll find what you love. Whether it's a wedding, family reunion or just a get away Breckenridge makes for a great time.
