Wells Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $800/week for peak summer weeks
- **AVAILABLE FOR WINTER RENTAL September 24, 2011 through June 1, 2012. $750/month plus heat and electricity. Cable TV, trash removal, plowing, water and sewer included.
50% due upon reservation. Balance of rent due upon check-in along with $200 refundable security deposit & 7% state lodging tax.
** Refund policy is as follows: If reservation is canceled prior to 14 days of your arrival date, a refund will be issued less a $50 cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled within 14 days of the arrival date, a refund will be issued only if unit becomes rented for the same time period less a $50 cancellation fee.
