Gladwin House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $800/$1100/week Note:Weeks containing the 4th of July or Labor Day; rate of $1100
- Summer Season: (June 4 - September 10):
$1000/week (or $143/day) ....discount for monthly rental!
Autumn Season: (September 9 - September 30):
$800/week (or 114.30/day)......discount for all monthly rentals!
$100Cleaning Fee,
$500 Security/Damage Deposit required
$80 Pet Fee....(1) pet only allowed - Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. $500 Security Deposit required ASAP to 'reserve' desired time period for Renter. Rental Rate does include all taxes and utilities. One-hundred percent (100%) of full Rental Rate is due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date!
All rental cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Terms; within 50 to 31 days prior to occupancy date of scheduled rental period, one-half of the Rental Rate will be retained by Lessor as a Cancellation Fee, if rental is cancelled within 30 days of the occupancy date, no Rental Rate refunds will be made unless this property is 're-rented' for the same cancelled/reserved time period and same Rental Rate$$. IF and only if, Lessor is able to re-rent the property for the same cancelled/reserved time period and Rental Rate$$, will the Lessor return the full Rental Rate amount.....but the $500.00 Security Deposit amount will be retained as a Cancellation Fee.
