Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $200 deposit required to reserve time. Time will be blocked upon receipt of deposit. Deposit will be returned one week after stay is over.
If rental is not left as found in regards to cleanliness, $75 cleaning fee will apply. - $875 per week; $3200 per month
