Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1350-$1950/week
- Rates include realtor/property manager fees as well as cleaning (which occurs before and after your stay). Discounts are available for multiple week rentals. Pets welcome with an additional cleaning fee.
$600 Security deposit - The house has a connected back quarters which can be made available for an additional $250/week. It is not available for rental on its own. This would add one bedroom (sleeps two) and one bathroom to the total, bringing it to five bedrooms and three bathrooms. If you do not select this option, the back quarters will be locked and unoccupied.
