Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Must be 25 years old to rent, We rent our Home to Families and Mature Adults, No Proms No Shares
- Weekends available only during May, June, September and October, 2 Nights $2000.00,
Weekly Rates for May through June 20 and September 8 through October 31 is $3200.00 week
Weekly Rentals ( Peak Season ) June 25 through September 4 , $4000.00 week
Weekly rates for July, $4,000/week Monday noon -Sunday noon
Weekly rates for August, $4,000/week Monday noon- Sunday noon, Labor Day week Monday - Monday $4,400.00
Weekend Rates for July and August $2500.00
Plus Security and $150 Cleaning Fee
Cleaning Fee will be deducted from your Security - Peak Season Weekly Rentals begin on Mondays at noon and end on Sundays at noon
