- $225 per night weekdays, $250 per night Friday/Saturday, $1400 per week, plus $150 cleaning fee
- The Porch House rates are - $200.00 per weekday night, $225.00 per weekend night and $1,200.00 per week. We are pet friendly and charge a $25.00 per night pet fee (max of $75.00).
