Property sits on 1.2 acres of beautiful waterfront property. Pond is great for boating, fishing, and swimming. Canoe and/or paddle boat provided for tenant's use. Large waterfront area highlighted by private dock and flagpole. House is large, loaded with character, and sits right down on the water. House sits 200 feet from road in a private setting. There are three large bedrooms (one on the first floor and two on the second floor) and lots of skylights and windows throughout the house. There is also a small bedroom in a separate side 'hut' called the Boat House. In addition, there is a tree house for children to play in. Distance from ocean: under 2 miles.
