Treasure Island Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1000-1500/week

Special discount rates for longer term rentals available, call for information.
Florida & Pinellas County Sales Taxes 12% will be added rental amount.
Cleaning fee ($137.50) will be added to rental amount.
Security deposit is $1000 and is refundable after check-out if cottage is in order.
The security deposit covers additional expenses such as property damage, additional cleaning, or long distance phone charges. It is refundable once the property management team has inspected the cottage. - Rental week starts Saturday.
Check-in time 4 PM (16:00 hrs).
Check-out time 10 AM (10:00 hrs).
