  Rental Rules and Regulations:
  Minimum stay of one month
  Maximum occupancy 2 - 4
  Deposit is $1,000 to secure reservations, balance of rent is due at check in
  Cancellation Fee - 50% if cancellation is prior to 45 days before check in date. No refunds of the deposit of $1,000 will be made if cancellation is within 45 days prior to check in date.
  
  Damage deposit of $1000 refundable within 30 days after check out
  There is an 12% Florida tourist tax which is additional
  We accept cashiers checks, personal checks or travel checks
  An additional cleaning charge of $85 will be included in the reservation charge
