Situated next to the old Vanderbilt Westmoor Farms, this neat four bedroom house with blue stone patio, outdoor shower and garden is only a half mile to Steps beach and an easy walk or bike ride to town. Located on Pilgrim road, the house is directly across from the Westmoor Tennis Club and is a 5-10 minute walk from Something Natural. Pilgrim road is a quiet, secluded dirt road the winds past the Westmoor farm from Cliff road to West Chester street. The house is fully furnished, has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, washer/dryer, yard and garden w/patio and off street parking. Newly renovated in 2006, the house has a brand new kitchen and bar area, new master bathroom and new exterior and professional landscaping. Beach chairs, beach towels, bath towels, fresh new linens and all kitchen appliances.
