Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $4,200/week/ $60,000/year
- $4,200 plus $135 utilities/week, $1200 damage deposit/week and $2100 nonrefundable deposit/week to reserve the time you want. No more than 7 people in this household. House must be left the way it was found, ready for the next tenant, $500 cleaning deposit. The rent, utilities and damage deposit must be paid in full one month in advance.
$800 nonrefundable reservation deposit for each week.
The entire rental amount must be paid at least one week before arrival.

- There are two master bedrooms facing the ocean. The first floor master bedroom has a queen size bed with a full bath. This room is idea for an older couple with the outside door close by with easy access. The second floor master bedroom has a queen bed along with a vault wooden ceiling and french doors which open to the ocean. There are two small bedrooms, each room having a twin bed. One faces the water the other looks out at the lighthouse. Next to the second floor master bed room is a day bed facing the ocean with an overhead skylight. All the bedrooms have hardwood floors with throw rugs.

New London House Details
The view from the house includes six lighthouses and Fishers Island with a continual stream of scenic ferries and boats of all kinds. The house is very special and the located 55 feet off Long Island Sound with very private beach. The original portion (circa 1836) of the house was moved to this location in 1979 and fully restored. The three additions are timber frame construction, reinforced for hurricanes. The patio and the accompanying view are second to none. Timing is everything: May through September are the months to rent. Personally, I think September is the best month; everyone is back in school and the water is delightful.
This house is not a 'summer beach' house; it is my home and I do not want it mistreated. Smoking, the use of the three fireplaces and candles are not allowed. Small parties (under 15) are allowed. I once had my house 'trashed' by an inconsiderate tenant who had a very large, out of control party.
The people who have rented this property have always had a wonderful experience. It is like being in Bermuda with the clean water, sandy beach and spectacular views.
