Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- For 2012 Season:
Before June 30th: $1750/wk plus 7% State Sales Tax
From June 30th to September 7th: $2650/wk plus 7% State Sales Tax
After September 7th: $1750/wk plus 7% State Sales Tax
4th of JULY SPECIAL! $275/night with 4 night minimum!
A one time cleaning fee of $125 is required along with a returnable Damage/Security Deposit - $1750 to $2650 per week
