This house is available for Seasonal Winter Rental Oct-May........Please inquire! There is additional sleeping available in the master bedroom on a daybed. The kitchen is fully equipped for those evenings you feel like dining in. The living room and dining room flow together and include cable TV, DVD and a small DVD library. Enjoy the SummerWinds Beach House year round for family gatherings or a weekend with your friends.

Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. 7 night minimum. Off-season there is a 3 night minimum. Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. The premises are to be occupied by no more than 8 people. Tenants are responsible for supplying towels, linens and blankets. Pillows are provided. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted. Deposits Upon receiving your reservation a lease with payment schedule and check-in details is mailed to you for your signature. The usual payment schedule is: 1/3 upon signing of the lease by tenant, 1/3 halfway between lease date and occupancy & the balance paid in full 4 weeks in advance of occupancy A Security deposit is required and is fully refundable if the property is left in a clean and orderly condition with no damage. If the property is not re-rented for the cancellation period, no money will be refunded. If the property is re-rented, your rent, less 10%, will be refunded.
