Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Off Peak $750/week, $350/weekend, $135/ nightly Sunday thru Thursday night, (2 night minimum)
- Multi-week and monthly discounts available, Contact us for details. (Note-No Lodge Tax due on rentals of 1 month or more.)
Half payment of rental is required to reserve condo - Final payment is due 30 days prior to date reserved with $50 cleaning fee, 9% Lodge and Meals Tax and $250 security deposit - During Peak Rental Periods we reserve the right to limit short term stays of less than 1 week. Please contact us for availability.
