Brewster Townhome Details
Nice area of Ocean Edge, centrally located, but quiet too. Nice open areas behind unit & beside building - great for gathering & throwing a softball around. Plenty of parking too. This unit has a split ductless A/C system, oversized to more than adequately handle the cooling of this unit (one unit in living room and one in master bedroom). There are also ceiling fans in each room if you prefer the wonderful Cape Cod fresh air. Lovely patio with outdoor table and chairs and a gas grill. This unit has one of the nicest back yards in the complex - open and spacious! 3 TVs are included - one in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room, also a VCR in the living room. Linens are included. This unit comes with a pool pass. This is a non-smoking unit.
Guest Book: We have families that come back year after year. This is our 4th year renting and we have families who are coming back for their 4th season. They enjoy it. The unit is clean and well kept.
