Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Discounts may be given for bookings made less than 1 week before desired travel dates.

Cleaning fee, bed linens and bath/beach towels are included in rental rate.
We know other owners of villas in the Islander Resort and can facilitate rentals for larger groups. - 2011 rates lower than 2010!
