For your convenience there is another washer and dryer. 21 Dune Lane is surrounded by an ocean view deck and a convenient hot/cold outdoor shower, for use after playing at the beach. You won't miss not having a swimming pool, when you can take a stroll down your own private beach path for a dip in the ocean or a sunset walk on the beach.
