This 6 room cottage features 3 bedrooms upstairs sleeps 6, living room with sleep sofa for 2, dining room, kitchen downstairs with full bath. Outside are beautiful kept grounds with a large porch overlooking Weirs Harbor and docking facilities for the MS Mt. Washington Cruise Ship.

For winter sports fans, ride your snow mobile to Lake Winnipesauke and enjoy access to the lake and other trails. Short walk to ice fishing and 15 minute drive to the Gunstock ski area. Walk down a short footpath to Weirs Beach and to the boulevard with its shops, restaurants and arcades. Handy to the water slides and miniature golf and go carts as well. The convenience of this location is in itself a plus, short drives to the White Mountains, Seashore or just to meander around the Lake Region to Meredith, Wolfeboro or Alton, to sample the restaurants and shops.
