Bethany Beach Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $200/ night, $900- $1500/week, 3 night min. Sat to Sat rentals only in Peak Season.
- Off season rentals require deposit of 1/2 total rental and a Lease Agreement to hold reservation. If Lease and deposit are not returned within 5 working days of receipt by Lessee for Peak Season reservation will not be held. Off-season balance of rent is due 14 days prior to occupancy. Peak season rental is due in full at time of reservation and is weekly only. Bonus of 4 amenity badges is applied to total at time of Lease in Peak Season totaling a reduction in rent of $140.00. In Peak Season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise specified in Lease Agreement. please note sheets and towels, paper and plastic goods are not provided.
- Lease Agreement, rent and Security Deposit required in full in Season within 5 working days after signing Lease. $200.00 Security Deposit required for short visits,$300.00 for weekly or longer visits. Security Deposit will be returned if terms of Lease Agreement have been met. Rental deposit is non-refundable unless property is re-leased. Occupancy limited to 8 people unless otherwise agreed. Rearranging of large furniture such as beds, heavy chairs and tables is prohibited. Guests will be charged for replacement of furniture. Badge passes are required for the amenities and may be purchased at the Fitness Center. Cost varies during year. A Special Offer of 4 amenity badges is applied to total at time of Lease in Peak Season totaling a reduction in rent of $140.00.

You will find one Master Bedroom with queen bed, private bath with separate shower stall, one twin bedroom with private bath, one loft bedroom with 'plantation' bed which opens to twin beds or a queen bed, with private bath. Double sleep sofa in living room shares hallway bath with twin bedroom. TVs are in each bedroom as well as in the living room. The villa has a large screened porch with comfortable wrought-iron furniture and an open deck adjoining with picnic table and umbrella. No land line telephones available. Please bring your cell phones. Golf fees are required. Clubhouse open to public with restaurant and bar.No grilling or barbecuing is allowed by regulation in the villas. No smoking except on porches. No paper products, soap, or garbage bags provided. Parking in front of villa. Please do not rearrange beds or furniture. If you wish to 'childproof' the villa, please put items back in place.
