Lavallette House Details
The local beach association charges an additional fee to access the private beach, bay + nearby clubhouse. Last year the fee was $85/week/house (Check with Ocean Beach Yacht Club). This is a separate charge from rent, it does not go to the owner, but is certainly worth it for renters.
Some of the activities in the area include: miniature golf, minor league baseball, water parks, arcades, amusement parks, fishing, crabbing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, water-skiing, surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, rafting, biking, tennis, basketball, shopping, cinemas, sightseeing, etc.
No Groups, Proms, Smoking, nor Pets!
