- Excellent price for three bedrooms in perfect location! More for your money! Roomy for one family or couple. Great writer's retreat. Quiet, solitude on a cul-de-sac. Winter on the Island is beautiful. The seals return to the river, fox, deer and other animals come out with the decrease in population. Bird migrations begin in the fall, winter ducks, geese and snowy owls arrive from the far north, and warbler migrations being in mid-April. Excellent kayaking with no power boat traffic in the river and marsh. Walk your dog on the beach all winter long. Back yard is lockable and completely enclosed.
Yearly rental rate available (October - October) at a substantial reduction from weekly summer rates! Rare opportunity for year-round, three bedroom rental. Please inquire.
