- WE DO NOT TAKE WIRE TRANSFERS!! We prefer charge cards and promote there use for the FIRST payment although we may limit there use to no more then $ 2000.00 due to surcharges in most cases. There is a charge for events held at the home to cover additional costs. There is a $230 regular cleaning fee for use of the whole house throughout the year, and for the upper house in the peak season; there is a $190 cleaning fee for use of just the upper house in the off season. If the three bedroom, upper-house rate is listed in the rate sheet, the fourth bedroom is avail for an additional 15%; this is the equivalent of the whole-house rate and adds and additional 500 square feet to the house. There are no other additional charges from the prices listed in the rate sheet.PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TALK WITH ME BEFORE MONEY IS EXCHANGED. I do work for Delta airlines (for over 24 years) I am in and out of the country but can call you any ways.
