Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- New Lake Naomi Community Center Opening Memorial Day Weekend
- -Summer Rental: $2000/week
- Winter: $1400 week and $1000 weekend
- Spring: $1200 week and $900 weekend
- Memorial Day Weekend: $1200 (Fri-Mon)
- June: $1600 week, $900 weekend (June 1-22)
- Summer 07 $2000 week (June 23 to Sept 1st)
- Labor Day Weekend: Sat-Mon $1000
- Fall: $1200 week, $800 weekend
Security Deposit: $300
Cleaning Fee: $100
We accept Pay Pal, credit cards, checks and money orders.
** Summer rentals ($200 per family) - Because Lake Naomi is a
private Resort community, in order to use the pool, lake, fitness
center, and and dine at the Beach Club you will be required to pay
for weekly membership passes from the Lake Naomi Club. You will also
receive discounts on golf and tennis fees.
