We're located 2.5 miles west of Hwy 59, (1.5 miles past where the 4 lane highway becomes a 2 lane road.) We're on the north side of the road, just across from the beach. Here's what our unit offers: *Fresh, new flooring, carpet, kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes and more *Easy access to beach or lagoon, reach either in a minute. *New, larger pool! *Super location for early morning beach walks, sunsets, or daytime play in the surf or sand. *Huge renters closet with room for all your beach gear!! *Your own in-unit washer and dryer. *2 queen beds as well as sleeper sofa, all with new bedding. *TV/DVD/VCR in living room, second TV in master. *Low density area more comfortable for couples or families, no dangerous or busy roads to cross.

Gulf Shores Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $75-$115/nt, $475-$795/wk, $950/month
  • March 1 - May 15:
    $105/night, $675/week

    May 16 - August 20:
    $125/night, $795/week

    August 21 - November 1:
    $75/night, $575/week (Shrimpfest $95 night)

    November 2 - February 28:
    $70/night, $395/week, $925/month

    3 night minimum requirement.

    Security Deposit $150, refundable after cleaning. Cleaning fee is $75.

    Alabama taxes are 11%.

    Cancellations must be in writing, 30 days prior to check in.
