The cute cottage is just 2 blocks from beach and boardwalk located on 20th st. The entire home and grounds are in the process of being totally redone. This cottage with its private entrance has a living room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms that sleeps 5, 1 bath, air conditioning, and an outside private enclosed shower. The common areas include the washer, dryer, gas grill and the yard. What a great location at a great price. Don't let this slip by you!!!
