Folly Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental price includes a $100 total fee for linens & cleaning

March 15 - May 23 $1200/week, or $540 for 2 nights $760 for 3 nights (Includes $100 total for linens & cleaning)
May 24 - August 22 $1700/week, Sat. to Sat. only (Includes $100 for linens & cleaning)
August 23 - November 21 $900/week, $460 for 2 days, $640 for 3 days. Fall sale!!! Includes $100 for cleaning & linens!
November 22 - November 28 $1,350/week
November 29 - December 19 $1,200/week
December 20 - January 2 $1,350/week -
There's also a $35 breakage fee in case of damage, a $35 admin. fee, & a 2% charge if your make a reservation with your credit card.
