Branch Lake House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1800-2200/week plus mandatory Maine State Lodging Tax
- $1800-2200 / week Summer Rentals: June- September
- Security Deposit, in the amount of $900 per week booked required up front to confirm ALL bookings/reservations. Security deposit is held by owners and returned in full immediately after guest departure if home/property is found to be in satisfactory order, (without any damages). Please note security deposit is non-refundable if guest cancels reservation anytime after March 30. All rental fees are due in full and are non-refundable within 60 days of arrival/reservation.
Winter season rental: Oct - June $900- $1000 /mo (with lease Oct- June 1, ) plus utilities
