This home is conveniently located between Hummock Pond and Cisco Beach. It is a peaceful community with privacy. The secluded beach is beautiful in all seasons and is just a short walk, 10 minutes. The home is well-appointed and clean. The amenities listed show you don't need to pack much more than clothes and personal items. The rear deck has a patio table and chairs and a chaise lounge. The front porch has seating, including a rocking chair from which you can hear the ocean. The back yard is fully fenced and private. Sliding doors lead out to the deck from the dining area, the master bedroom, and a second guest bedroom. The driveway is shell covered, has lighting, and parking for two vehicles. There is high speed internet access and window air conditioning. Pets will be considered.

This area is 3 miles from downtown. It is also convenient to seasonal shopping at Bartlett's Farm, East Coast Provisions and Seafood, and Cisco Brewers/the Winery. You can take nature walks and watch amazing sunsets. Other Nantucket things to do include, bike riding, touring the historical sites, exploring other beaches, rent kayaks, charter a fishing boat, take a sunset sail, shop in town, and visit some world famous restaurants.

You can walk to the pristine beach, bike to the Bartlett Farm and Cisco Brewery or drive 10 minutes to town. The neighborhood is peaceful and private. Our home is well equipped for entertaining and beach outings. Fireworks, games, etc. 7/4.
