Life is Good is situated an one of the best windsurfing and kite-boarding accesses on the entire east coast. The house is maintained to perfection by it's owners. **Our rental agency has made it easier for our renters by adding a one time fee of $200 for all costs associated with this process rather than a nickel and dime process' A user friendly process!!!

New 2008 Amenity: For 2008 all renters will have access to the Rodanthe Fishing Pier. Relax sit back and enjoy the fishing or just take a stroll on the pier. Renters also have access to a pool and tennis courts at the owners expense in Avon and Kinnekeet Shores! Our renters will also find it easier to rent through our renatal agency!! They now are charging a one rate fee of $200 rather than a nickel and dime process, a very user friendly booking process!
