Key Colony Beach House Summary
Suncasa located by 100' wide canal on the Beautiful Island of Key Colony Beach, ocean side at mile marker #54. Direct access to Vaca Cut (Gulf side) or Ocean. Our stilt duplex sleeps 4-6 comfortably.
We have a Kingsize Bed in the Master Bedroom w/ 32' flat screen tv. Two Twin Beds in the Guest Bedroom (which can be placed together to form another king bed. And Two Queen size sofa beds in the Living Area. With this rental comes membership to the Cabana Club, with all it's amenities, which is located only a few blocks away.
You can enjoy the White Sandy Beach and swim in the Caribbean, swim in the Large Heated Pool. And don't forget the refreshment area with those tropical drinks and some delicious food. This is our home away from home and you will see that it has all the amenities or your own home.
Come visit us for a week or two.

Dock up to a 37' boat at our dock. Sail in gin clear waters to the Living Coral Reef located only 6 liles off shore. Scuba, Snuba or Snorkel the reefs. Fish in the fishermens paradise. See how many different species of fish you can catch in the same day.
Or if you are a land lover, visit our par-3 golf course, play tennis, rollerblade, bike ride. Take the little ones to the new multi faceted playground. All this is located only 2 blocks away. You can rent boats, jet skis, go wind surfing, para sailing. If relaxing is your game, just sit on the elevated deck and watch the ball (sun)go down, don't forget your camera. Visit the many restaurants in the area and taste the Caribbean delights.
Key West is a short 45 min. ride to the south. Walk Duval St. and enjoy the sites. Drive 40 min. north to Islamorada and wander thru the World Wide Sportsman (don't forget your credit card). Go on a replica of Earnest Hemmingways boat.
