Georgetown House Summary
The house is turnkey, and the beds are made. It is nicely furnished with a large dining table and well equipped kitchen. Extra linens and paper products are provided. There is a basement recreation room with a large table for games, a second TV with VCR, and a full sleeper sofa. The large deck has a view of Robinhood Cove and is supplied with tables, chairs and, a gas grill. There are lawns front and back. You are located 300 feet from the cove, so the house is very safe for small children.

We have a nice path to our long dock and float. There you can fish or swim. We can also provide a mooring for your boat. There are two lobster wharfs in Georgetown and two fine restaurants.
For beaches there is Reid State Park in Georgetown and not too far is Popham State Park. We do provide a State Park pass. For shopping and more restaurants. There is Bath, Brunswick, Freeport, Wiscasett, Bailey Island, Orr's Island, and Boothbay.
We are about one hour from Portland, Rockland, and Camden.
