Seagrove Beach House Summary

Seagrove Beach is located on Scenic Highway 30A, halfway between Panama City and Destin. We fell in love with the shady, sandy roads of old Seagrove and the laid back atmosphere of this area...and the beautiful beach which is a 3 - 5 minute walk from our cottage. The off road walking/biking path all along 30A offers a safe place to exercise or just stroll and enjoy being outside. We chose a wonderful, very private lot in the Sugarwood Beach neighborhood, built the main house in the spring of 2003 and have finished the carriage house this spring of 2005. The ground floor has the main living/dining area (with queen-size sleeper sofa), kitchen, king bedroom, full bath and laundry room. The master bedroom with king bed and large bathroom with deep soaking tub and separate shower and another bedroom with twin beds and its' private bath are on the second floor. Seagrove Beach House Details

The third floor tower room has a double futon and can be used as a fourth bedroom. The decks on the first and second floor are situated on the south side of the house overlooking the private pool which is heated other than the summer rental season. We have extended the living space by screening the downstairs deck. All bedrooms have french doors opening to the decks. Every bedroom and the tower room have cable TV. The carriage house with its living/kitchen area and queen bedroom/bath offers quiet time and a private retreat for two. We feel we have the best of both worlds in our location. We have so much privacy, peace and quiet at 'Three Palms', but a short walk away one can be in the upscale resort areas such as Seaside and Watercolor.
