Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Summer rates are for a 7 night, 8 day rental Saturday - Saturday; Check-in is 3:00pm on Saturday and Check-out is before10:00am on the following Saturday

When you decide to make a reservation, contact us and we will mail you a Rental Agreement. We will hold your reservation upon receiving 50% of the rental and a $400 security deposit. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. When we have the signed Rental Agreement and the deposit(s), we will mail you a Confirmation Letter. If booking within 90 days a certified check or money order is required .
