Laconia Condo Summary
Impeccably decorated three level condo with hardwood floors, 1 fireplaces, two decks, and attention to the details. Our guests say we've left nothing undone! 2 bedrooms are on the second floor. One with 2 twins, the other with a full-size and a roll away twin. The third level has a full-size bed. There are cable TVs on all three floors. In the living room is a queen-size sofa bed.
Many wonderful small touches make this a place you'll want to return to again and again. Close to all lake region attractions, a short walk to Weirs beach. Unit has central air. Great expandable table in the dining area and convenient bar fridge in third level bedroom. Fenced-in, in-ground pool just feet away from back door. The condo is one of 16 units, with beautiful and private wooded backyard. Family friendly, with three TVs, 2 VCR's and DVD player, high chair and portacrib for the little one. One full and three half baths.

A playhouse with many different entertainers only minutes away for your summer enjoyment. Plenty of gift shops close by. Water slides and fun spot for the kids. Lots of history as the winding roads mended through the hills and Mountains. Fall foilege at its best Great location for skiing and winter sports. Only 10 minutes to Loudon Raceway
