Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $350/night (up to 4 people; $25/night each additional person).
$1,500/week (up to 4 people; $150/week each additional person).
$2,800/2 weeks (up to 4 people; $140/week each additional person).
$3,800/3 weeks (up to 4 people; $125/week each additional person).
$4,500/month (up to 4 people; $450/month each additional person).
Additional charges for electricity usage above baseline amount during winter.
Security deposit required. Two-night minimum.
Peak Season: $450/night; $2,000/week for up to 4 people (see increments for additional people listed above). Peak times include: December 21-January 3; President's Holiday Week; July 4th Holiday Week; Balloon Fest weekend; October 6-16.
