Five rooms, 9 ft. ceilings, 18'x16' living room, tiled kitchen, tiled bathrooms and dining room. 30 ft. screened terrace with your own washer/dryer. Master bedroom(king bed) with full bath, walk-in closet. Guest room (queen bed), walk-in closet, full bath. Two full size Aero mattresses, can be placed wherever you need them (better than a sofa bed) Two sets of 9 ft. sliders to screened terrace. Condo is only 4 years young. Large heated pool with lounge chairs and bathrooms. Walk to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Located on south end of island, Casina Marina is beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained!
