Special events held at house will require insurance rider for event and additional security deposit depending on number of guests and written approval by owner.
Movie rentals will be deducted from deposit. Land line may be installed at tenant's expense.
Rates are subject to change, special arrangements can be made for long ter - House is availble for weekly rental through May31, 2013. Two week minimum is preferred after May. It's a great location for your wedding too! House is completely airconditioned for summer rentals. It was built in 1974 by a renowned builder famous for his architectural skills. The house is a Williamsburg SaltBox with high ceilings, oversized rooms, and the efficient flow of the open design. Purchased in 2004 by the present owner added new wideboard hardwood floors throughout, skylights; a state of the art gourmet kitchen, surround aud/vid systems, heating and cooling systems, new bathrooms, and three levels of sleeping and entertaining spaces. The house is a short walk to the public beach and fully enjoys the benefit of soft sea breezes fresh off the sound.

- Classic Williamsburg Colonial design, 2009 interior functionality. Every room has a bright airy feel with high ceilings, clean new wide board floors, central a/c, gas multi-zoned heat, fireplace, custom windows, California Closets,all new bathrooms with large showers and bathtubs. Each room has ceiling fan to push the sea breezes throughout the house and multivents to keep you toasty in the winter months. We hardly ever use the A/C because the breezy air from Nantucket sound is refreshing enough. House is equipped with luxury sheets, towels and beach towels for a nominal fee. Baby crib is available. Bikes and extra childcare equipment is best rented locally, house bikes are older model. Our housekeeper can be employed to clean weekly, change and launder linens and assit with any additional needs with entertainment or babysitting. The neighborhood is friendly, yet private with year round residents & good walks to the 'cut', along Seaview or into town an easy way to exercise and relax
