Ocean City Condo Summary

If you like spectacular views, this luxurious unit is what you are looking for. Panoramic view of the ocean, the bay and all of Ocean City. You can see all the way to Bethany. On the 4th of July you will have front row seats to the fireworks. This unit has all glass windows from the dining room all the way over to the living room. Just sit and relax and enjoy the view. It is well maintained with upgraded kitchen and more. You will enjoy your stay and will want to come back next year! It is a 2 bedroom condo, sleeps 6, and has a pull out Queen sofa. There are two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed w/ twin on top, full size on the bottom with a pullout trundle twin bed underneath (sleeps 4). 3 TVs (37-inch TV in living room), DVD/VCR, CD/iPOD stereo, cable, FREE WIFI, phone, central air, washer/dryer. One parking spot for Prime time, more in off-season. Leave the baby gear at home the unit has a highchair, booster seat and Pack-n-Play.

Enjoy your days on the beach and sun on the big deck, but don't worry about what to do with the kids if it rains. This building has one of the largest indoor pools in Ocean City, indoor half basketball court, game room (pool, ping-pong, pinball, etc.), gym and outdoor tennis court and Library. Ice skating is just a short walk away. Great golf course nearby, amusement parks, go-carts, fishing, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, charter fishing, swimming, surfing, windsurfing, para sailing, jet skiing and a lot more! If you want night life, they have it all in Ocean City! Don't worry about driving. Ocean City has a bus that runs up and down the main strip all day until 2am for one low daily fee. Great situation for your teens! You can get anywhere in Ocean City on the bus. If you are a shopper you are 1/2 hour to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware Outlets, 10 minutes to Maryland Outlets across the bay. Great shopping and prices. If you like seafood or not, Ocean City has it all.

$800 - $2350 weekly: Extra parking can be arranged through the Condo Association and/or Municipal parking lot across street for approximately $30/week or $6/night, there is 24 hour security on-site during Prime weeks, OFF-SEASON there is plenty of parking available with no charge. Banquet Room available to rent for small Weddings, Family Reunions, etc. Call and to get more information.

Many great restaurants to choose from on the ocean or watch the sunset on the bay side. A site you don't want to miss. There is something to do for everyone in Ocean City, lots of golf courses, fishing charters, etc...
