Guest Book: In the winter, there's x-country right outside the door, on amateur groomed and ungroomed trails; hundreds of miles of marked snowmobile trails; one hour to Sunday River, close to Shawnee Peak; 45 minutes to Attitash/Wildcat about an hour to Bretton Woods.
