Bridgton Chalet Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $400-$950/ depending on stay
- Summer (end of May- Mid September) $900/week Saturday 2PM to Saturday 10AM
Winter (Mid-September-Beginning of April) $950/week Saturday 2PM to Saturday 10AM
Spring (Early April - weekend before Memorial Day) $650/ week Saturday 2pm to Saturday 10am
*School Vacation and Fryeburg Fair Weeks add $150 to rate.
Weekends available at reduced rates subject to availability.
$200 Refundable security deposit due at booking.
$75 Cleaning Fee applies to all weekly rentals (waived if 2 weeks are booked together)
7% Maine tax on all rentals - Leaf Peepers take notice! Fall Weekend special $450 from Friday night through Monday.
10% discount for repeat rentals!!!!!!
