Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Memorial Day (May)-Labor Day (September) $850/week Saturday 2PM to Saturday 10AM
*Mid-September-March 31st $850/week Saturday 2PM to Saturday 10AM
*April 1st- Memorial Day $650/ week Saturday 2pm to Saturday 10am
*School Vacation Weeks add $150 to rate. Weekends available at reduced rates subject to availability.
$200 Refundable security deposit due at booking.
$75 Cleaning Fee applies to all weekly rentals (waived if 2 weeks are booked together) - Winter Weekend special $400 from Friday night through Sunday.

Bridgton Chalet Details
Activities : : Summer offers lots to do in Bridgton. You have access to the private Association beach on Moose Pond complete with club house that offers restrooms, bbq facility, volley ball court and playground. There is a canoe to enjoy the pond from further out to test your luck as a fisherman or enjoy the peace and quiet at the middle of the Pond. Other options to enjoy the days in the summer are to bike throughout the Association, relax at the pool or enjoy a game of basketball or tennis. Winter offers great skiing at Shawnee Peak, ice skating & ice fishing on Moose Pond and snowmobiling all moments away from this fabulous home. Sunday River, Attitash, Cranmore and Wild Cat all close by for additional skiing or boarding options in North Conway. In the Fall and Spring there is still lots going on. The Fryeburg Fair, antiquing, leaf peeping, shopping, Story Land and Conway Scenic Railway are all a short distance and offer plenty to do and see. This is truly a year round rental to enjoy!
There is the free public boat launch on Moose Pond (which is 13 miles long & 1694 acres) for renters that want to bring their own boat for water skiing and fishing. Storage of boat on property during rental is OK.
Ski: Shawnee Peak day and evening skiing moments away. Close to Sunday River, Attitash, and Cranmore.
Golf: Point Sebago Golf Course and many other area courses for your golfing enjoyment
