- Both bedrooms have access to a private balcony with deck furniture provided. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks a swimming pool adjacent to the Villa. Each balcony can be accessed from the living room as well. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Each bedroom has a safe to protect your valuables. The second bedroom has some sand toys for your children to use and also has some beach chairs to use at the beach. Each bedroom has its own TV with a 25 inch TV in the master bedroom. A VHS/DVD player is available in the master bedroom as well. The second bedroom has a DVD/VCR player. One year old carpeting throughout the Villa is stiil like new. Best of all in the living room is a brand new (03/29/2009) 37 inch full HD Samsung TV, with wide color enhancer2 in the living room. Along with the new TV is a Sony HD Video Blue Ray Disc /DVD Playerwith full HD 1080P and 24P True Cinema.

Tennis - : Two hours free tennis daily. You can walk to the courts in three minutes. They are rated the #3 Tennis Resort in the world. Monday nights they have a free tennis exhibition with free beer, wine and kool-aid for the kids. They have daily lessons on shots of the day with both private and group lessons available for all ages. 23 clay courts and 2 Nova Pro-bounce courts, 8 which are lighted for evening/night players.
Services and value : You will find me to provide timely and honest responses to your questions. We are 90 seconds to the Ocean and the Villa is always in wonderful shape. You will not find a location so convenient to the Ocean, Tennis, Golf and a swimming pool with Restaurants and jogging/biking trail near by. Free Dunes Buggy shuttle to area locations. Most everyone who rents the Villa will always try to return because its that good a value. Why stay further away from the Ocean and drive to the Dunes Beach House parking area when you'll be staying closer than you will park? And added in the living room on March 29,2009, is a new 37 inch Samsung full HD 1080p TV with wide color enhancer 2. Also new with this TV is a Sony HD Video, BLUE RAY Disc/DVD Player with full HD 1080P and 24P True Cinema. Also the Master Bedroom has a large 25 inch TV with a VHS/DVD player.
Running/Biking/Walking Trails and water fun.: Within seconds of this Villa, is a Running/Biking/Walking trail that winds thru the Resort and connects to a long trail which takes you out adjacent to Highway 278. Island guests can enjoy over 45 miles of public pathways and nature trails. The white sandy beaches have hard packed sand that makes navigating a bike a breeze. Other interests may be kayaking, canoeing, sail boat para sailing, or deep sea or party boat fishing. For a relaxing approach, you may find that dolphin cruises, kids cruises, sunset dinner cruises, sailing cruises or even Savannah gambling cruises may be more in your vacation goals.
Golf: Golfers enjoy five Champion Courses within Palmetto Dunes resort. Arthur Hills has an impressive 4.5 rating while the other four are rated four stars. The resort at times has offered a multi round pass. Please check when making your first golf reservation and it must be paid for prior to your first round played.
