- Our bathrooms sparkle. They are maintained to my wife's very high standards. No tarnished, corroded fixtures for us! Our bathrooms are in very good condition, nicely decorated and very clean. The upstairs bathroom is newly renovated with new designer tile, new ceiling fan/light, new paint etc....very beachy! Also, the house has a hot and cold water, outdoor shower in the back yard. There is nothing better after a day of sunscreen and sand!!!

- The house has 5 large bedrooms; 2 king size beds and 3 queen size beds all with new good quality comfortable mattresses. (We used to be so disappointed in rentals with bad beds that we know how important good quality matress is when you are on vacation!) All bedrooms are equipped with nightstands (yes, there are bedside lamps and clock radios!) and at least one dresser. There are also 2 queen-size futons and 1 twin pull out. The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms with king size beds, AC and cable TV. One bedroom has a futon and the other has a pull out twin love seat. The 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor all have queen size beds. One bedroom downstairs bedroom also has cable TV and AC. The other 2 bedrooms downstairs have ceiling fans. There is a full bathroom on each floor. There are 4 portable fans in the house that can be moved as desired. Bed linens and towels are not provided. Linen service available upon request.
