- The house has 5 large bedrooms; 2 king size beds and 3 queen size beds all with new good quality comfortable mattresses. (We use to be so disappointed in rentals with bad beds that we know how important good quality matress is when you are on vacation.) There are also 2 queen-size futons and 1 twin pull out. There are 2 large bedrooms with king size beds, AC and cable TV on the 2nd floor. One room has a futon and the other has a pull out twin love seat, and the 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor all have queen size beds. One bedroom down stairs bedroom has cable TV and AC. The other 2 bedrooms down stairs have ceiling fans. There is a full bathroom on each floor. There is a 4 portable fans in the house that can be moved where desired. Bed linens and towels are not provided.
