The Villa is an end unit, first and only floor, and conveniently located next to a swimming pool and tram stop, in a beautiful setting of live oaks - quiet and private for the discriminating vacationer; we are 0.5 miles to the beach - just takes a few minutes by tram, foot, bike, auto.

Amelia Island Villa Details
Furnishings and decoration in the Nantucket tradition with painted oak furniture in warm blue and white tones for warmth and comfort. Attractive art & prints decorate the villa. There is a large screened porch with table & chairs, comfortable & relaxing. Our villa is an end unit that is all on the first floor - no stairs & easy access. Just adjacent is a swimming pool (like having your own) and tram (free) stop. We are about 0.6 miles to the beach & main AIP Beach Club (heated pool) easily accessible by mostly separated walk & bike trails, tram & auto, but is private and secure with AIP gated, 24 hour security. We also have an 'on-island' person to meet you with keys & available for emergencies during your visit.
