Winter/Spring/Fall: rates are for 5 people MAX IF 3 nights or less. Each add'l guest: $50- 2 nights, $60- 3 nights. Applies to anyone over 2 years old.
Check In: 4 PM Check-out: 12 PM (Lockbox combo will be mailed/ emailed to Guest after final rent payment has been received) **Off-Peak season: we will try to allow early check-in when possible.**
Pet fee: $50/ non-refundable- up to 2 dogs. Additional pets must meet certain requirements and additional pet deposit(s) at owners discretion.
Security Deposit: $350: Returned immediately once housekeeper gives the OK.

All Veterans get 10% discount year round! Just email or mail a copy of your ID card or DD214 as proof (No SSNs please).
Payment: Please mail or PayPal to us, the security deposit of $350 within 10 days of booking; to keep your selected dates reserved on the availability calendar. We will email you the rental agreement. Sign & date it and email or snail mail it back with the security deposit & a copy of your drivers license or state ID (for proof of identity & age). 8 weeks or 60 days prior to your arrival date, send a check or PayPal to us the entire rental fee + $75 cleaning fee and/or $50 Pet fee. Once we receive the rental monies, the lockbox combo & cabin directions/ map will be emailed to you. Within 14 days after you return home, your Security Deposit will be returned via check, or we'll PayPal it back to you. That's assuming there are no surprises when the housekeeper arrives...

We do however, provide liquid hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, fabric softener, trash bags, cleaners, and limited paper products such as a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper/ bath; and napkins to get you started!

Children's play table & 4 chairs in loft- can be moved anywhere in house for use.
